外置式电缆包
外置式电缆包建议用于对柔性和手腕动作复杂度要求较低的生产场合。
该套件在设置时需对机器人程序进行较多的调整,适用于IRB 6620、IRB 6640、IRB 6650S、IRB 7600。
连接点设在下臂段与上臂段之间,降低向机器人倾斜时发生干扰的风险。
上臂设调节架(适用于所有臂长),便于收放电缆。
上下臂电缆包便于更换
电缆与软管通过夹具和支架沿上下臂走线。这些夹具经专门设计,可快速准确地拆卸/更换整个套件,*大限度缩短停产时间。
修理工作可另行安排在适当时候进行。一段电缆的更换时间不超过30分钟。
