在自动化领域,光电传感器总体上提供了所有快速和非接触式监测的好处。在标准传感器中,对射传感器,反向反射传感器,漫反射传感器这三种功能性的原理上之间有区别,取决于功能和相对位置。
对射型光电传感器的发射器和接收器分别安装在两个独立相对的外壳中。这么做的好处是,发射光可直接到达接收器,并且具有较长的检测范围和较高的能量增益。这类传感器能可靠地检测几乎任何物体,与目标物的入射角度,表面特性,颜色等无关,并且这些因素也不影响传感器检测的可靠性。
对射型光电传感器常用于远距离检测,稳定性好,能量强。对射型光电传感器的特性也决定了它适用于多尘和较脏的工业环境。
