增量型编码器旋转一圈提供一个固定数量的脉冲,速度是通过单位时间内测量的脉冲数计算。为了测量角度和位置,通常是从一个起始的参考点开始计数。
增量型编码器精度取决于机械和电气的因素,这些因素有:光栅分度误差、光盘偏心、轴承偏心、电子读数装置引入的误差以及光学部分的不**性,误差存在于任何编码器中。
RVI25系列是工业标准尺寸2.5"的编码器。它外壳坚固,选项多,适用于多种场合。安装有1/4"和3/8"轴及同步安装。
脉冲1500以下使用塑料盘,1500脉冲以上使用玻璃盘。
电气输出包括RS 422和推挽式,有电缆和插头连接等多种方式。可选密封轴使编码器的防护等级达到IP65。
