带回缩功能的外置式电缆包
应用于对柔性和手腕动作要求适中的场合。回缩功能可使电缆和软管贴近机械臂。对每个机器人节拍有一定的优化要求。
机器人运动时,因受到向后的拉力,电缆和软管贴近机器人手臂。这种设计可有效防止电缆与工装的相互干扰,机器人之间距离较近时其优势尤为明显。
这种电缆包适用于IRB 6620、IRB 6640、IRB 6650S、IRB 7600。
Optimized Design优化的设计
工艺电缆布设在机器人上臂外部,回缩功能将电缆回拉,使其远离工装。回缩功能及第6轴支架可分别针对每个机器人节拍进行优化。
Short replacement time upper and lower arm上下臂电缆更换时间短
电缆与软管通过夹具和支架沿上下臂走线。这些夹具经专门设计,可快速准确地拆卸/更换整个套件,*大限度缩短停产时间。修理工作可另行安排在适当时候进行。
Easy-to-adjust Retractor Arm回缩臂便于调节设在上臂的回缩臂可调节,设计简单,性能可靠。
为便于手臂通行,下臂与上臂电缆包之间的连接点设在下臂,同时也方便更换上臂电缆包。
